  • Pick up from and drop off at the hotel would depend on the type of transfer you have opted for at the time of booking. It could be either on sharing basis or private.
  • Pick up and drop off are available only from your Dubai hotel or residence. If you want the pick up from the airport, it could be arranged at an additional surcharge.
  • We provide shared transfers from Bur Dubai, Deira, Greens & Dubai Land, Sheikh Zayed upto Dubai Marina, Dragon Mart, International City, Motor City and DIP. You need to mention your locality at the time of booking.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel the tour 24 hours before the tour departure time, 100% of your money would be refundable.
  • If you can cancel within 24 hours before the tour departure time, no money would be refunded.
  • If you are eligible for refund, the money would be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.
2. Child Policy
  • There is no charge for children under the age of 3 years.
  • Children between the ages of 3 to 10 years would be charged as per the child rate.
  • Children above the age of 10 years would be charged as per the adult rate.
