This is only a booking voucher. You need to download the attraction entrance ticket from the Booking Admin Panel and carry the printed copy with you.
You can choose the time slot for the Burj Khalifa tickets. The available time slots are mentioned on our website.
Along with the ticket voucher, you need to carry your Emirates ID or passport copy.
If you have opted for pickup and drop off, the services would be offered only from your residence or hotel and not from the airport.
Tickets once bought cannot be exchanged or returned. Refund for booked tickets is not available.
Tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged would not be replaced or refunded. Hence, be careful with the tickets.
The timings of the pickup and drop off may vary depending on the traffic conditions.
Sharing transfers are available from Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai and Deira up to Dubai Marina.

1. Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 24 hours before the departure time, the entire tour charge would be returned to you.
If cancellations are made within 24 hours before the departure time, no amount would be refunded.
Refunds, if applicable, would be done within 7 working days.

2. Child Policy

Children under the age of 3 are considered as infants and do not have to pay entry fee.
Children between the ages of 3 and 10 are considered as child and have to pay the child rate.
Children above the age of 10 are considered as an adult and have to pay the adult rate
